We bring light to law

How we are regulated

Our firm is regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA).

This means we have to abide by the SRA’s principles and code of conduct.

It is important to us that our clients have the comfort of knowing that we are fully regulated and must be compliant with the highest professional standards. If you have any concerns about our service, we have a complaints procedure and we are also accountable to the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority.

Being regulated by the SRA means we must have the right level of professional indemnity insurance to protect you in case something goes wrong.

The Law Society

The Law Society is the independent professional body for solicitors in England and Wales. Through it, we have access to the latest news and information about legal practice, which we use to support our work and to keep up to date with changes in the profession.

We invest a considerable amount in legal knowledge resources, in order to stay current in law and practice.
