We have been helping employees manage difficult situations in the workplace involving, for example, redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, health and safety issues or other disputes for many years.

We can:

Provide help and advice to resolve the dispute, negotiate an exit package (if the employment relationship has completely broken down) and on the terms of any Settlement Agreement.

Represent or assist you to act in person if an appropriate settlement is not possible and the dispute leads to claims being brought in the Employment Tribunal. Although, usually disputes are settled after some negotiation.

Our clients tend to either work in the City of London or live or work locally. Most come from recommendations or referrals by former clients.
