We bring light to law

Who we are

Paul Whitaker

Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and has been an equity partner in firms in London and Southampton, helping small, medium and large businesses resolve commercial and employment disputes by negotiation, mediation and litigation. Paul provides clear and pragmatic advice in a supportive way, working closely with his clients without losing objectivity.

His aim is always to achieve the best possible outcome in the shortest time and at the lowest cost. This usually means a negotiated settlement, but he’s the best person to fight your corner if litigation is unavoidable. He has a wealth of experience with boardroom and shareholder disputes, employment claims, breach of contract claims and negligence, including professional negligence, and is an accredited commercial and workplace mediator.

Paul deals with the types of legal problems that could result in court proceedings or at tribunal.
